The mummy of Tuthmosis IV is kept in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo. I recreated him (as her) three times. The result is a trilogy: bruised life, suffering transition, serene death.

I am playing with these images (this one, and the two below), Picasa-style. The shell paintings themselves are luminescent pearl and soft thalo gold set against bone white stone.
